With their expertise in hosiery production and our focus on the unique needs of cabin crew, we are proud to collaborate to produce stockings that are both comfortable and durable, ensuring you look and feel your best on every flight.

We recommend that you wash your tights at 30° C. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Consider washing separately in a washbag.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact us via Whatsapp on our website to check if it's eligible for replacement.

We'll initially deliver your tights for free! As we grow, we may need to charge a small delivery fee. However, we'll endeavour to continue providing free delivery for our subscribed regular customers. 

Once your order has been placed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days. If you have a subscription, your order will arrive on approximately the same date every month. During peak seasons, please bare with us as there maybe slight changes in the delivery dates.

We perform a quality check before sending your package of tights to you, but in the unlikely event that you receive a pair with a fault, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to replace them.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact us on Whatsapp. If an order is shipped, please get in touch to arrange the return. 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
